Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who want to get an edge in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to acquire these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display a blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item upgrader mod reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item upgrading, but you'll typically need Dilithium along with a number Upgrade Tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them additional effects or an increase in level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the level of the item upgrader mod, the upgrade items Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
