The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution Item That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is an item for evolution that allows trainers to develop certain Pokemon into more powerful forms. Silph Co. produces it.

This item is a rare one but you can obtain it by spinning Photo Discs in PokeStops or Gyms.

Upgrade components
