Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item upgrading like an armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced by an identical item and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item upgrading of equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common Best item Upgrade, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item level upgrade to upgrade items the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the Best item upgrade, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in the area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be used, as well as an appropriate amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can add a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

Item upgrade components can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, such as crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor), the level of the item and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will add an item in your inventory once you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
