WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as important for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll the perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any kind of armor or weapons. However, the item used for the upgrade item will be consumed for the duration of time and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be applied to the enchantments.

You can upgrade your equipment anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To ensure that your equipment is up-to-date it is recommended that you visit the upgrader each few weeks.

Upgrades will cost more depending on the item level, but they will always be cheaper than buying new gear. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest up to ilvl385 will cost you 20 recycle points. Buying a similar item level upgrade [why not try these out] will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items which can be used to upgrade weapons and tools, armor and accessories. They can be bought by players through item upgrader NPCs in exchange for various currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade is able to be used on any tool, weapon, or armor. button, which will display an item's preview at its next upgrade level in the event that the player has enough materials.

It's also essential to use crests in a wise manner, as they have only one purpose. For instance it's a good idea to make use of all your Whelpling-rank crests on the Best item upgrade equipment you have and then keep Drake and Wyrm crests for the next round of upgrades you're planning on making.
