Ingredients: Joy White/Yamada Nishiki

Limited edition using Yamada Nishiki rice for the koji rice.

When poured into my favorite Baccarat tumbler full of ice, the citrus aroma wafts up, with a soft sweetness and a clean aftertaste.

Mixed with Wilkinson's carbonated water, it's refreshing and fizzy!!

I got a little naughty that night...

McDonald's French fries (medium size).

A Big Mac (with lots of sauce) and a double burger.

I've loved it since I was a high school student working part-time at McDonald's.

But I feel like the size of Big Macs has gotten smaller recently.

The amount of fries seems to be decreasing too...
